"I had a family situation arise a few years ago that made me need to relocate, so I searched for other jobs. When I said I was leaving, they bent over backwards to keep me, allowing me to work remotely full time at a point when no one else in a similar job role was doing that. "

"CDW provides many opportunities for learning and growth. Training programs are readily available. There are a lot of women in leadership positions. It's a very positive environment with lots of opportunity for growth."

"CDW has a vibrant and inclusive culture where women can thrive. There are many prominent female figures (including the CEO, COO and CHRO) as role models, all very giving of their time to provide guidance and mentorship to young women just starting their careers."

"There is ample room for flexibility, career growth, and personal growth. I have been in technology for over 17 years, and feel there is much less of a divide between men and women here."

"This is a great place to work as a women. Our CEO, and several Executive leadership are women, which shows that the most qualified individual for a role receives it, regardless of gender. I feel listened to and respected by leadership when I speak. There are rooms on each floor of the buildings for nursing mothers to have a comfortable, safe place to nurse, if needed. "
