"Although I am a minority here, I never feel out of place. Women in sales and women in tech are always in the minority, but I have never felt disadvantaged because of it. There are plenty of resources available for personal and professional growth."

"The sales organization at CDW is a true equalizer - it's all about what you put in is what you get out. If you work hard, bring a positive attitude daily, lead by example, you will have a plethora of success, regardless of any identifiers. There's no other opportunity like the one here."

"I joined CDW less than a year ago and couldn't be happier.
It is perfect for women with young children as the company provides a lot of flexibility and is willing to make accommodations."

"There is a great network of women in technology that exists across CDW through internal mentoring programs both formally and informally and several Business Resource Groups (BRGs). I have never had a problem with balancing my CDW world with my personal world, not to say it isn't difficult, but my leadership team has never stood in the way. "

"CDW excels at promoting from within especially in regards to females in the tech space. Also, we have excellent work life balance which makes it easier to support running a family and running your business. I have been here 19 years and love the company and the culture!"
