"CDW fosters an extremely inclusive culture. We have almost an entirely female Executive Leadership Team and that is so rare and inspiring, especially in the tech industry! Mentorship and flexible work schedules are just a few of the great perks for women working at CDW. I have been here for 18 years and a huge part of my long tenure is due to the culture and opportunities for advancement for women."
