"At CDW, not only do I feel like an equal to my male counterparts, I also feel just as valued as our leadership. With a female CEO and multiple female C-level and VP executives, I am inspired daily about what my future potential is here. The majority of teams offer great work/life balance, and while we are a larger company of nearly 9,000 coworkers, CDW continues to maintain that "small company" feel. Our leadership is genuine and accessible and coworkers are open and supportive to each other."
