"The camaraderie that I've experienced here makes my workday so enjoyable. Coworkers - CEO, everyone is so understanding of the work/life balance. Having this type of atmosphere and enjoyment for my work makes me a better and more successful employee."

"It's tough, really tough. Depending on your location, you'll work with talented and experienced female leadership. If you're really thick skinned, don't care about work/life balance, you could have a great experience."

"Talk to people who work with the people/manager that you might be working with. Try to get them to tell you how they honestly feel and not the politically correct answers. As with anywhere, there are some "leaders" in the company that act more like children and there can be some really tough areas to work in."

"CDW's top leadership tells the story of how women are valued and promoted here! "CDW is a great environment if you are looking to move into leadership as a woman. The path in the beginning may be hard, because of the industry, not the company. The companies' BRG's (Business Resource Groups) are meant to assist with that beginning path and anyone can join one at anytime. "
