"Overall, its a good place to work. The in-office culture is laid back, although it is male dominated. Most of the women here are in executive leadership positions (C-level) while it seems that the actual sales manager positons are dominated by men. There is definitely room to move up within the organization as a female."

"The sales role (account manager) position is manager driven. So depending on how your manager handles the hours, culture, or policies is usually how flexible the job is. I believe they could improve flexibility for working parents (both male and female) in regards to weather policy, as well as wellness/health, and maternity leave. Maternity leave is 2 weeks, paternity leave is 3 days. These could definitely be improved. "
