"On the face of it there is a lot of flexibility and acceptance. But looking at the rate of men who grow in this company versus women, it seems that taking advantage of the cited flexibility ultimately limits your growth in this company."

"There is lots of room to grow at this company. Women are in hold management and senior management positions. Maternity leave is great, and they are very flexible. Your bosses want to ensure you succeed and have a good work life balance. There are a lot of young people that work here, but those of us with families do not feel singled out."
