"I believe leadership opportunities for women are readily available. I have not felt that male colleagues receive any type of special treatment.

"There are a lot of very smart and ambitious people at Gartner and it can be very exciting.
The benefits are good, the pay is "okay". But the flexibility to work remotely (which is common for most jobs) cannot always be measured in dollars. If flexibility matters to you, this could be a great place."
