"Flexibility / work from home / etc greatly depends on your manager and department, in my experience. There were no apparent guidelines to who got to work from home and who could not. We were also instructed to come into the office the day after Christmas - as my manager said, "because - you know - sales" yet it was not evenly enforced."

"The opportunity to grow at Gartner is great, but it isn’t just given to you. If you utilize the resources provided (ERGs, trainings, mentorship, feedback conversations, etc) you will find a lot of growth"
