"You can get a lot of great experience over your time at Citi. They are definitely making changes to ensure equal representation of women and minorities in senior leadership but there is a long way to go. There are still too many stories of high performing women leaving the organization because they were passed over for promotions and better pay."

"Get your foot in the door. Great flexibility with time off and options for health benefits. But, health benefits doubled for our out of pocket costs for this single mom."

"Like most jobs, so much depends on one's manager. Given the limited #of women in senior positions in the Institutional business would stay away. The Private Bank and Consumer business lines may provide more opportunities."
