"I would look for somewhere with better management, where they have basic respect for their employees. Employees who are treated better do a better job. It’s not a great atmosphere, all female servers who are mostly unhappy with their jobs for one reason or another. Definitely the worst management I’ve experienced, and I’ve had seven other jobs. Maybe alright for girls just getting out of highschool... expect to be sent home often, even as soon as you show up to work. "
