A bit of an old boy's club. They are trying to figure out the equity thing, but processes and changes move at a painfully slow pace here in general. Recent female C-level and board appointments give me hope for a more balanced future.
No maternity leave, just short term disability. Senior management either never had kids or had traditional families where the wives stay home. Work life balance depends on the department and manager. HR is very traditional, no working from home, rare to have flex time mostly a 8-5 shop, no daycare or extra incentives for childcare. Fifty percentage match 401k for first 10%. There is generous PTO, corporate bonus is small each year so negotiate hard for initial salary.
