"Columbia is working on making changes, but it's slow progress. There is a glass ceiling and a lack of diversity. General sense of feeling overworked, undervalued and undercompensated. "

"Negotiate for initial salary. There is not a lot of salary transparency and additional merit increases are hard to come by."

"Towards the end of 2018 they added a 4 week paid parental leave policy where there had previously been no paid parental leave outside of short term disability leave or any additional state programs. This is only for full time employees, there are no benefits offered for part time employees."

"For the most part, it is family-friendly. The higher you are promoted, the more difficult it can become to openly manage family obligations. There are no women directly reporting to the CEO and only 1 on the official executive team. If you are hoping to look up and see a career path, you may be limited in what you see."
