"This place is great when it comes to flexibility (working hours, possibility of working from home). However you need to be prepared for working than standard 8hours/ day. "

"For some, I believe there is extreme and appropriate flexibility - however the weeks can tend to be long. It's an highly accomplished team with agressive goals but I do wish we could have job sharing or a shorter expected work week either in hours (35 hours) or days 4.5 (days per week)."

"I work under two impressive female leaders that I have learned a lot from. In my role and interaction with the company I have felt valued for my skills, knowledge and contribution. Women have opportunity to grow in this company. I do not know whether there is equality in pay with men doing the same role."
