"Yes, in my role with Dartmouth I was able to grow professionally and found success in flexibility and time off. My maternity leave was perfect and supported. Men and women have equal opportunity for growth however there is limited vertical growth at the organization is relatively flat in opportunity. "

"I can't attest to the company, or even the whole department. But the bulk of the research group I work with is female. As such they're accustomed to balancing multiple maternity leaves at the same time."
