"Fair amount of women in higher up management. Current CEO is female. If you want to "work as hard as a man" you'll get promoted at the same frequency!"

"depends on your assigned client as to how much flexibility you have. I have worked on clients where I HAD to be on-site 5 days a week, and I've been on clients were I work from home 3 days a week"
