"Delta is truly focused on diversity and seeing out opportunities for women and people of color. They provide access to excellent developmental training. In most of the office type jobs the hours are flexible. Pay and benefits are in the top of the industry. Unbelievable profit sharing when we are not in a pandemic! There are many opportunities outside of the obvious (Pilot, Flight Attendant, Ticketing Agent, Maintenance) that are available. Over the last 10 years I have seen a true shift towards innovation and out of the box thinking. I am proud to work for Delta and would recommend the company to anyone seeking a fulfilling job."

"It’s a great company, but they are behind the times when it comes to flexibility for working parents, especially with HQ being located 1hr+ from many Atlanta suburbs popular for families. "

"The true duties of the job. They will be deicing a plane long before working the ticket counter. This makes me wonder. Do I have any rights in this situation?"
