"Delta is a great company. It is the best job I have ever had. I love my Leaders, the SLT, and feel 1000$ supported in challenging the status quo. Delta has been consistently shifting its culture since I arrived in 2018 and it is so much better. There is opportunity for all to succeed and procedures in place to help those who might not be getting all their needs met from leaders. "

"I have the pleasure of working with some amazing individuals who are incredibly smart. Although there are opportunities within the organization to grow, I would like to see more women, specifically women of color in Director and above leadership roles. "
