"Delta is a great company to work for. Although they are a large company you have the best of both worlds. The closeness and caring for each individual as their own person is amazing at Delta Dental. "

"Overall it is a good place to work. I think that some departments are a bit more strict with the flexibility that they offer and that can make it hard to find the work life balance we all wish for. The benefits are AMAZING! The culture has changed a lot over the years, and it seems to be really improving. "

"Lots of female leaders, support for developing female leadership. Current CFO started as a manager. Good benefits for infertility/freezing eggs but no paid maternity leave. Good work/life balance. I rarely work evenings and weekends and my boss is super flexible."

"Delta Dental has an amazing culture. It feels like a family. Employees work hard because they love the company. Many employees have been with the company a long time. I have worked at Delta Dental for over 20 years and it just keeps getting better. The company truly cares about the employees. "
