"A great company to work for. We have nearly a 70% woman population, so there are plenty of opportunity to work with other like-minded women. In June 2022, we hosted the first-ever Women's Leadership Summit which was a pure indicator that this company values women's leadership development. Would definitely recommend other women to work at Delta Dental."

"I started working at Delta Dental after returning from maternity leave with another company. It was very stressful to think of joining a new company being a new mom and not knowing if there would be flexibility as needed for family events (unplanned sickness, daycare issues, etc.)
I am so thankful I made the switch! I have been cared for tenfold as a mother and professional working woman. I have support from my leadership and as a new leader I'm able to pass that support on to the mothers and fathers that are on my team. I appreciate the opportunities I have been given while never missing a single family event!"
