"Delta Dental has made some big statements through their recent actions in leadership changes. The new president is and amazing transformation leader and not your typical Healthcare leader and two women were also moved into SVP roles and made a part of the presidents leadership team. There is a strong network of women with voices here at DD that lift up and support one another. The company overall has transformed a great deal through the pandemic moving from close to 100% onsite to enabling highly flexible work arrangements. The culture of "taking care of one another" is real here. I have never worked for a company that REALLY means it when they say, you must have a work life balance! Come join us as we continue to transform our business and culture!!"

"Delta is growing into a strong culture of women forward and a focus on the importance of work/life balance. Our new president is a strong woman who has been very vocal on the importance of work/life balance, healt and family. What more could you ask for?"
