Delta pays a lot of attention to Employee sentiment and works very hard to help improve the culture and working conditions. I've never worked at a company that places so much value on Employee Engagement. It's very flexible. The only complaint I have is the work-life balance. There's just SO much to do, and for valid reasons too, and leadership tries very hard to help make it better, but there's always scope creep. In spite of that, I love working here. It's been the best company I've worked for in the 10 years I've been in the industry. "
