"Delta Dental is really a great place to work. The benefits are excellent and the people here are wonderful to work with. I have worked for this company for over 15 years and in that time raised 2 small children into adulthood. Over that time, I have been wonderfully supported by the company and my managers regarding my need to balance the needs of my family with work. I have treasured that flexibility. "
