"It is true that it is an old boys club, but departmental changes in HR are slowly driving changes in the rest of the company. I have noticed a more diverse workplace in the past year than I have in the previous years I have been here."

"Depending on department hours can vary and they are very strict with PTO and time off. In general this might be good for people with older kids but hard with younger children."
