"It’s an old boys club, but the DISH Women’s Network helps facilitate crucial conversations. They are trying to be open to changes. They have mothers’ rooms and expectant mothers parking. "

"The only maternity leave available is considered short term disability. 60% of paycheck for 4-6 weeks."
