"This could be a good option depending on your leader - the pay is good, the work is challenging and some leaders are great. The executive team is intense, not friendly and not concerned about employees so beware if you'll be closer to the top."

"Men are exponentially more likely to be promoted to leadership, both by male and female managers. Outside employees are more likely to be promoted than internal employees. Compensation is stagnant. Culture is deeply flawed. Toxic managers thrive. "

"Negotiate your pay up front because you'll likely not see a raise in the near future. Understand that their policies on things like dress code will be enforced differently based on gender. Men who sexually harass or act unprofessionally/inappropriately to women are NOT disciplined (multiple individuals, the behavior is well-known). Don't ever go to your manager as they likely will not take action-- go to HR so that you yourself are protected from retaliation. "
