"I think Drexel is a great place to work for women. There are good people working there, good benefits (although no paid maternity), and flexibility."

Level of Flexibility
"Flexibility depends on the department, but overall they are very willing to work with you. In addition, many women have been able to reduce hours down to part time and still keep their positions. The down side is to be considered full time you have to work 40 hours a week. If you go down to 4 days per week you lose some benefits and pay much more for others."
Work-Life Friendly Attributes:
Did you take Maternity leave?
13 Paid | 0 Unpaid
"They do not have paid maternity leave, but generous time banks that roll from year to year. After working there for a few years I was able to take 13 weeks of maternity with my PTO balances and short term disability, and still have time left over when I returned."
