"I've never worked at a company where it's people and their well-being was more prioritized. Dropbox is extremely thoughtful and intentional about it's employee experience, in particular, the needs of women. "

"Dropbox has one of the best cultures of anywhere I've worked. It's a culture that is actively maintained and supported by the company. Even in times of turnover, that culture remains. In my experience, it's not a certain team or org, it's a common thread. I have personally found an abundance of leadership opportunities, recognition, support, and mentorship. I have seen women in roles and levels all across the company and feel very much like an equal. People here are really in tune with each other and create opportunities to listen, connect, and change when change is needed. From day one, I've felt like I can confide in my boss and co-workers, I've never felt judged or embarrassed, and have felt appreciated and recognized by leadership. "

"You will feel greatly valued both by peers and managers! People are super talented and eager to help out, which will empower you to deliver your best work. Another great thing is Hack Week, which allows you to pursue innovative ideas (other than your day to day work, in completely different fields if you want!) working alongside other Dropboxers who you may have not met before. If you value work-life balance, Virtual First provides you with the flexibility you need, and sets standards on what everyone should expect. I particularly like the Collaboration Hours and async by default. You won't be expected to reply to Slack messages or emails right away, but rather (async) when it best works with you (and the work you are doing)."

"Having worked in tech for many years, many companies are good about their messaging and vocalizing their prioritization of being people centric, supporting a healthy WLB, supporting women in the workplace- but I've found Dropbox also walks the walk here. I feel incredibly supported, I have a flexible WLB, and opportunity for growth. Very happy here"
