"DTCC is supportive in general but, what stands out most to me is that women at all levels are supportive of other women here. Often times at a certain level women become competitive with each other and can be derailers for their female counterparts. This isn't the case at DTCC.
This year we are working collectively to be better allies to one another and there is a lot of programming and participation, including senior officers, that aligns with ensuring every voice is heard, even if what is being said is hard to hear."

"The culture at DTCC is very open, welcoming, and collaborative. Specifically the diversity & inclusion efforts have been really successful in fostering an inclusive workplace."
