"DTCC is a great place to work. I have had the opportunity to work on diversity and corporate social responsibility initiatives. DTCC has also been invested in my career mobility and I have had opportunities to learn news skills and cover new areas. I think DTCC is also committed to developing a culture that is diverse, inclusive and flexible in order to accommodate the needs of a broad spectrum of employees. As someone who identifies as a person with a disability, I am also happy that DTCC launched an employee resource group for people with disabilities and caretakers. "

"I joined DTCC 10 years ago with the intention to stay for a year or two and then move on to pursuade what was at the time my dream job in business valuation. You would probably ask why I stayed? DTCC offered a very steep career development opportunity. You get what you put in - 6 years into my career, I made it to a Director without even once asking for a promotion! My role has been constantly evolving and the nature of the job has always been dynamic. I have been given the opportunity to take part of a number of development programmes, helping me to unleash my talent and become a better leader. DTCC nurtures talent and promotes a 'give back' behaviour whereby you pass on your experience to the next 'generation of leaders'. I highly recommend DTCC as a workplace, there are plenty of mobily opportunities and if you are ready to commit and dedicate time to progression, DTCC will give you the floor to do it. "

"I've been at DTCC since 1998 and was actually only supposed to work there for 2-3 days as a temporary worker in the mail-room. Needless to say, almost 22 years later, I'm loving it!! People always asks me: What made you stay? Well for me, the answer is quite simple, DTCC has allowed me to and has given me opportunities to be successful. All of my formal and informal education has been provided and paid for by DTCC (no student loan debt at all) and the culture is rich and supportive. "

"The DTCC has been an amazing complany to work for. I am able to work full time and also take care of my family. They allow WFH in some situations and no one looks down on you if you need to WFH. "
