"The DTCC has been an amazing complany to work for. I am able to work full time and also take care of my family. They allow WFH in some situations and no one looks down on you if you need to WFH. "

"DTCC has been an amazing place to work. Females get equal opportunity to grow within the company and the company focuses on hiring more qualified female candidates for their open positions. The work culture, work-life balance and flexibility is excellent for any female who have kids and a family to take care of!"

"This is definitely a place where women are leading the way and where there are a lot of professional develop programs. Also, due to the smaller size of our company it is easy to get access to top leadership and exposure."
