"DTCC is a thorough inclusive work place where gender bias is consciously addressed by leadership constantly. Inclusivity is one topic which is being spoken in every leadership meetings and town halls, this is an awesome place for women employees to be themselves!.

"DTCC is considerably progressive compared to some other companies I have worked for in the past. Our managers and leaders are open to flexibility when needed (it feels like the norm to me to have some form of flexibility) and our policies, such as our parental leave policy, is on par with some of the most generous in any industry."
