"The company is truly dedicated to women's success. Various programs and training to assist women to get to leadership's positions, they value skills and hard work irrespective of gender. The fact that they have programs in place to get women to leadership positions shows the company's dedication to invest in our success and advancement. I am early in my career but I am following in my CIO's footsteps to become as successful leader in my area of expertise, it is truly inspirational to have my CIO as a strong successful women, this give me the confidence to say my company is moving in the right direction with gender diversity and equality. "

"DTCC is the only work place to date that has provided me with true work life balance. Everyone is flexible and most importantly they understand that we are all human and have families and/or commitments outside of the workplace. This type of environment encourages people to work even harder. It is nice to see a lot of genuinely happy people at work here at DTCC."
