"DTCC values people of all races, genders, identities, ages, abilities and backgrounds in life. Everyone is given opportunities to move up in their career, gain education and connect with people throughout the company. One way for women to gain opportunities and connections is through the Women's Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS) Employee Resource Group (ERG), events specifically for women employees to network with each other. DTCC allows flexibility within daily schedules and plenty of time off for life events and vacations. I would say you can't go wrong with DTCC as a woman, but honestly, you can't go wrong with DTCC period."

"DTCC has a small company feel, but we do big things for the industry. I am always working on new and different projects, so it's kept me interested and engaged over a long tenure here. Most managers are very flexible. I sometimes have to work later hours to meet a deadline, but that is certainly NOT the norm."

"DTCC is a great place to work for those who are committed to work. I have been with DTCC for 6 years and I am satisfied with work environment and compensation. I was able to learn and acquire new skills which helped me to grow as well as contribute to DTCC. I would definitely recommend DTCC to anyone regardless of gender. "
