      "There are increasing amounts of opportunity for women at Ecolab, and the leadership is focused on improving in this area. However, this industry and business is heavily male dominated, and fortitude and persistence are necessary as the organization evolves."

Doug Baker, our CEO, signed the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity & Inclusion in 2017, and we continue to engage with this group. Additionally, we have formed an e-level diversity & inclusion council to build out a multi-year strategy to address the areas where we can make the biggest impact.
