Doug Baker, our CEO, signed the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity & Inclusion in 2017, and we continue to engage with this group. Additionally, we have formed an e-level diversity & inclusion council to build out a multi-year strategy to address the areas where we can make the biggest impact. Our goal is to ensure that differences are valued and everyone can learn, grow and make an impact. We recognize we can always improve, and we’re committed to this work for the long term.
