"That you can truly have a work-life balance. That of course depends on your job role and manager, but in general you are evaluated on your performance and not how many hours you are in the office, that access to remote working is a gift!"

"Overall good working environment and respect, flexible hours. But when reaching senior levels and especially in technical roles, men are overrepresented and tend to promote each other"
