      "Depends on environment where you work on: on Nordic European country is much different then in Mediterranean: it all depends on cultural belongings of managers; exceptions are rare. Working in Mediterranean region I would say: "Don't expect promotion on real management position (people manager on medium to upper level), be prepare to work hard and prove yourself twice as much than a man" "Expect around 15-20% less money on same position and qualification""
