Small amount of IVF benefit-- enough to cover one retrieval and one transfer only, doesn't cover Rx. Negatives: A whole lot of talk, but not very much follow through. Few women in leadership-- total boys' club. Men continue to be promoted into positions that I'm not sure they are good for. Very little actual sponsorship of women. Most social events outside regular hours-- so very little networking time during hours that are covered by day care. Managers have no training on how to ramp women coming back from maternity leave. Terrible hours expected. Very meeting heavy so you have to be on calls with other time zones ALL NIGHT AND ALL DAY. No on site childcare. "

"I've worked here for nearly 3 years and have seen a lot of discussion towards improved support of women in recent months. Not fully clear how much is talk vs how much is action. Parental leave has been improved recently and there's more talk of flex options. We're still pretty weak in training, mentorship, etc. The leadership is nearly fully male. My manager is great bad super supportive, but I'm his only female direct of ~10 directs. I think things will get better over the next few years (there's a goal for 2020 around leadership share that is female), but it will take some time."
