"Freeport-McMoRan has supported my career growth throughout the last 9 years with challenging projects and opportunities to learn. The Leadership truly does support diversity and inclusion. I see proof of that through the many women advancing and promoting in fields that were more traditionally male dominated in the past. I am proud to work for a company that cares about and values their employees. "

"The environment is very friendly and if there happens to be any issue, HR works very hard to help. The company doesn't tolerate discrimination and that effort is very appreciated."
