"I have been with this company for 4 years, and I have seen women in all sorts of roles, but it does seem to be a boys club. I am not even sure if the men in the power positions realize they are doing it when they do it. They are also taking away the positions that were usually filled by women."

"Know where your salary falls in the salary range provided for each position. Salary is supposed to be determined by your performance rating within that salary range; however, you need to ask/verify with your manager. The company is flexible with working remotely arrangements for anyone in a position where it is difficult to drive into the office daily. This doesn't apply to branch/retail employees."

"They will tell you one thing to get you to take the job and then you find out the schedule is very different once you start work there. They work you 6 days a week, 4 full days & 2 part time. Only having 1 day off a week is exhausting for a mother of a special needs child."
