"The benefits are good, with decent flexibility for family-related events. I would hear many of my colleagues talk about needing to leave a little early, request time off, or reschedule meetings due to family activities and it did not seem to be frowned upon."

"Fifth Third has good maternity benefits, and the concierge service is extremely helpful - they will do most anything for you - getting cars serviced, shopping for gifts, etc. "

"Fifth Third as a whole is very flexible with remote work arrangements, some managers did not allow this though and could create tension within groups. A consistent policy would be beneficial. "
