"I would just recommend not working here. To be fair management does treat women kindly and have some women management, however the top executives are all men and there was also a sexual harassment case. The overall company culture feels very toxic, as in entirely based on playing favourites. Salary & benefits are low. Hours are super strict, as in clock in 9am sharp and clock out 5pm sharp (though there is overtime which is nice. And again to be fair, some companies are just like which is totally fine, and flexibility is not necessarily everyone's top priority). But every single second you are out of the office (lunch, sick time, holiday) is calculated to the actual, literal second. Little room to grow for the most part especially if you are not in the favourites group.
They are growing though so more opportunities are there and executives are strong, determined, intelligent, etc. "
