"GAF is an amazing employer. I have been promoted 3 times in my 5 years with the company. I have supportive leadership that allows me to manage my workflow minus micromanagement. I take advantage of flexible working hours and summer hours as well! GAF is relationship driven and this motivates me to continue to grow with them."

"Parsippany HQ has a fantastic culture with incredible work/life balance. Family comes first and everyone is so supportive. It's inspiring to see so many women in leadership roles and gives me something to strive for. Very happy here!"

"There is a broader company culture, but each function or plant often has it's own culture too. Recent changes, such as creating Employee Resource Groups and better utilization of virtual conferencing and collaboration tools, has helped to break down some of these silos and create connection and a more inclusive culture.

"Opportunities to thrive are very team-specific. VPs of a team really drive the team culture and work environment. Some VPs are ideal leaders and really embrace GAF's leadership values of investing in the success of others and fostering a culture of openness. Unfortunately, other leaders are all about the spotlight on themselves rather than creating customer impact and value."
