"The company culture overall is great and most managers are flexible with their employees schedule - it's definitely a company that still lets you put family first. The company is also great about letting you get a vast array of experiences whether it's through shadows or rotations. Finally, while gender equality at this company is certainly improving, the decisions made in the past have left us in a position where the majority of our leadership, at multiple levels, is male - something that will take years to change. "

"This is an amazing place with great flexibility and a wonderful culture. Be aware there may be a couple of departments where the perception is that only a select few who are of particular gender, preference or race are promoted. I personally don't know this to be true but there are definitely weird inconsistencies that I have witnessed and it just seems odd."

"Maternity Leave: I got 12 weeks. 7 paid, 5 were partially covered but I supplemented with 4 hours of PTO each day to achieve full pay. I had little PTO upon returning, but at least got full pay during leave. My boss and team were very flexible and I felt supported while I was nursing and pumping. Sales is very male dominated and so is upper management, but they are working hard to change that."
