"There are lots of women in top management positions, which is a great sign. However, I think work-life balance is not seen as a top priority, and those in management positions don't model it well."

"Some departments are made up of almost 100% remote workers. Other departments would never allow remote work. So, there's flexibility but not tons of options once you've gone remote."

"It is a great growth company, well run and has a lot of great benefits. It is very white male at the senior leader levels though. With the acquisition of CEB they are improving. "

"On the face of it there is a lot of flexibility and acceptance. But looking at the rate of men who grow in this company versus women, it seems that taking advantage of the cited flexibility ultimately limits your growth in this company."
