"Gartner is "the best at getting better", a saying our CEO uses regularly. I find that to be empowering and inspiring - not only do they realize they can always improve, but they are actively working towards that every day. I personally am part of the Women at Gartner Employee Resource Group (ERG) and I find that to be extremely beneficial personally and professionally. "

"U.S. associates welcoming a child can choose from two options for paid leave:
Up to eight weeks for primary caregivers
Up to two weeks for secondary caregivers
Associates who give birth are also eligible for up to six weeks of paid short-term disability.
We are also able to extend this with our PTO (29+ days off a year depending on tenure) and this is discussed with the manager."

"There are SO MANY of great men and women that are supportive, allies, and want to help you succeed. There can also be women and men who can be toxic and very gossipy. As with any company is very important to not be to transparent and be guarded with what you share, so that it will not be used against you at a later date. "

"Gartner is a great place to work, although there are not many women at the leadership level there are internal changes being made to ensure that women are also front and center"
