"Gender diversity is good. Female leaders are very much present. My experience with my teammates and manager is great. They have been very friendly and supportive, always willing to help and guide me."

"Toxic environment. Several women have been told to "smile" more by their managers. Female leaders don't develop or support other women. The rules don't apply equally to women and men. "
