Also, GF has fantastic parental leave policies (20weeks for birthing parent, 12 weeks for non birthing parent). I went into labor 2 months early so I was suddenly out without having transitioned my work. My manager and my husband's manager (he also works at GF) were incredibly supportive during this time and made sure that there was absolutely no pressure on us to work/look at emails. I know that they cared about our wellbeing and the wellbeing of our preemie baby. "
