"I work in the Legal department, which is more conservative/traditional than other departments, and I still am really happy with the degree of flexibility that I am offered to work from home, adjust my hours, etc."

"The flexibility is incredible. The company policy on PTO is unlimited but even beyond that, there is a great focus on work/life balance. I am not a parent, but I know the maternity leave policy is also amazing. "

"I have seen absolute equality of compensation and availabilty of growth opportunities between men and women. Gender does not play into pay decisions, it is all about experience, passion and results."

"Benefits are really amazing. Company overall is super flexible (I can't speak for departments like CS where there are probably required hours/shifts.) Would like to see more women in leadership positions, but that is a focus going forward. "
