They recently increased their parental leave time, up to a total of 16 weeks off paid. It's harder to move around between departments and get promoted than you'd expect for such a large company, but can be done if you seriously hustle and do a ton of internal networking. It's a good place to work if you want something stable, but the company isn't on the cutting edge in terms of other big tech players."

Senior leadership turnover, competent & creative peer departures. What was left was a senior leadership boys network, hostile environment and simply put, confusion. Very few senior women left. Sad."
