"It is a great company to work for - pay is higher than industry standard (regardless of your gender), benefits and total compensation package is PHENOMENAL."

"Employees are encouraged to work from home if schedule and workload permits, the company overall is very flexible. Depending on who your direct manager is, you may face some challenges, but I always had great experiences with flexibility in my schedule."

"Women are not treated fairly, given the same opportunities as men, promoted as readily as men, or paid as well as men. Sexual discrimination and sexual harassment is commonplace. "
